The rental price includes all the charges (water, electricity , tourist tax ... ) and check-in and check-out.
Not included in price:
- Deposit : 500 €
- Bed sheets and bathroom linen ( optional)
The accommodation must be left clean . (80 € will be deducted from the deposit if the accommodation is not clean at end of stay ) .
You can also order a cleaning fee at the beginning of your stay (80 € )
All reservations will be effective upon receipt of deposit of 30%. (Wire Transfer)
The balance amount will be paid on arrival in cash.
